Le candidat id\u00e9al doit avoir une connaissance approfondie du d\u00e9veloppement du secteur priv\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion des Cara\u00efbes, ainsi qu&rsquo;une expertise en mati\u00e8re de politique commerciale et de promotion du commerce et de l&rsquo;investissement. Une grande exp\u00e9rience de la gestion de projets et de programmes de d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises, y compris ceux financ\u00e9s par des donateurs, est essentielle.
