Mottley\ncontinued, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153We now need to popularise it and we now need to ensure that access\nto working capital is always there for our artists, because for most artists\nthey don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have the collateral to go and access funding from the banks in order\nto be able to expand production.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate interview, Mr. Anthony Bradshaw, Caribbean Export\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Officer in Charge explained, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Participating in activities of this magnitude is critical for us as a development agency.&nbsp; We have to ensure that the Caribbean is well positioned within the African, Caribbean and Pacific grouping and that the great contribution the region\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s private sector is making towards our economic development is not only recognised and acknowledged but also supported by legislative frameworks.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1200\" src=\"https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG-20191211-WA0000.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-249123\" srcset=\"https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG-20191211-WA0000.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG-20191211-WA0000-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG-20191211-WA0000-768x480.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The ACP Fashion Show curated by Rodney Powers of the Caribbean Market Center and Socrates McKinney of Dominicana Moda, presented pieces from the <a href=\"https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/caribbean-fashion-showroom\/\">Caribbean Fashion Showroom<\/a> and the collection created during the Agency\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s <a href=\"https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/news\/accelerating-caribbean-fashion-pt2\/\">Caribbean Fashion Accelerator Pt 2 programme<\/a>.&nbsp; One of the highlights of the show was the collection of contemporary shirts from the Dominican Association of  Chacabana Producers (ACHADOM) which attracted a lot of interest from the male dignitaries in attendance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to\nthe ACP Fashion Show, Caribbean Export presented their initiatives supported by\nthe CARIFORUM Directorate and the European Union under the 11<sup>th<\/sup> EDF\nRegional Private Sector Development and Haiti-Dominican Republic Bi-National\nProgrammes within the ACP Business Village including the work of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Manos\nDominicanas\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, a programme of the Vice President of the Dominican Republic,&nbsp; H.E.
