In het kader van doelstelling twee (2) streeft Caribbean Export ernaar eigenaars en exploitanten van kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen (KMO’s) bewust te maken van kwaliteitsnormen en technische voorschriften, in samenwerking met het Ha\u00eftiaanse Bureau voor Normalisatie (BHN) in Ha\u00efti en het Instituto Dominicano de la Calidad (INDOCAL) in de Dominicaanse Republiek. In die zin zal een moderne, gebruiksvriendelijke en visueel aantrekkelijke website worden gecre\u00eberd die door het BHN zal worden gebruikt als instrument voor de bewustmaking en communicatie van het publiek inzake normen en kwaliteit, alsook inzake de harmonisatiewerkzaamheden die in het kader van het binationale programma worden uitgevoerd met het Instituto Dominicano de la Calidad, INDOCAL, partner van het BHN.<\/p>\n\n

Doelstelling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In overeenstemming met de algemene doelstelling om de kwaliteitsinfrastructuur in Ha\u00efti en de Dominicaanse Republiek te versterken, zetten BHN en INDOCAL zich in om hun verbintenissen ten aanzien van de particuliere sector te versterken. In die zin proberen de organisaties het bewustzijn van kwaliteitsnormen en -standaarden te bevorderen en de onderlinge communicatie te verbeteren. Het Ha\u00eftiaanse Bureau voor Normalisatie (BHN) heeft tot op heden geen website. Om de eerder geformuleerde doelstellingen te verwezenlijken, is het dus noodzakelijk dat zij over een aantrekkelijk, gebruiksvriendelijk en innovatief instrument beschikt om informatie over normen en kwaliteit te bevorderen en uit te wisselen met het Ha\u00eftiaanse MKB en andere actoren uit de particuliere sector in Ha\u00efti en in de Dominicaanse Republiek. Deze website zal het BHN in staat stellen meer interactief te zijn met de verschillende actoren op het gebied van normen en kwaliteit, ook in het kader van het binationale programma met INDOCAL.<\/p>\n\n

De specifieke doelstellingen van deze site zijn (onder andere);<\/p>\n\n

1. Verbetering van de kennis over kwaliteitsnormen bij eigenaars en exploitanten van kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen.<\/p>\n\n

2. Bevordering van het bewustzijn van de rol van de BHN en INDOCAL in het kader van de bilaterale betrekkingen; en<\/p>\n\n

3. Het publiek bewust maken van het effect van kwaliteitsvoorschriften op de markttoegangsmogelijkheden.<\/p>\n\n

De belangrijkste gebruikers van de site zijn ambtenaren van BHN, INDOCAL.<\/p>\n\n

De taal van dit adviesbureau is Frans en alle voorstellen moeten in het Frans worden ingediend.<\/p>\n\n
