{"id":385036,"date":"2026-07-01T09:36:53","date_gmt":"2026-07-01T13:36:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/?post_type=opportunities&#038;p=385036"},"modified":"2026-07-01T09:43:07","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T13:43:07","slug":"consultancy-communications-for-the-caribbean-investment-forum-2026-barbados","status":"publish","type":"opportunities","link":"https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/nl\/opportunities\/consultancy-communications-for-the-caribbean-investment-forum-2026-barbados\/","title":{"rendered":"Consultancy: Communications for the Caribbean Investment Forum 2026 &#8211; Barbados"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export) in collaboration with the Government of Barbados, the European Union, and the CARICOM Secretariat will be hosting the Caribbean Investment Forum (CIF) in Bridgetown, Barbados in October 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hosting of the Forum will serve to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Generate investment into priority sectors in the Caribbean<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build partnerships with key business entities, that can be sustained over time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the Caribbean as a place for investment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Showcase opportunities\/areas for investment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Showcase successful investment in the Caribbean<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage potential investors and financing institutions regarding their interest and requirements for investing in the opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pitch specific ventures to specific investors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the Caribbean\u2019s insertion into the global business community through the creation of links with journals, newsletters, key influencers and networks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work towards attaining the sustainable development goals focused on no poverty, zero hunger, good health and well-being, decent work and economic growth, life on land and partnerships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus for this event will be placed on presenting bankable investment opportunities in priority sectors which will include sustainable agriculture, green economy transition and the digitalization of business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To support the effective implementation of this event an experienced marketing and communications agency is required to support the production of the Caribbean Investment Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested parties are kindly asked to review the full <a href=\"https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/download\/tor-communications-cif-2026\/?tmstv=1782912781\">terms of reference<\/a> and submit a technical and detailed financial proposal together with the completed <a href=\"https:\/\/content.carib-export.com\/download\/applicant-declaration-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Applicant Declaration Form<\/a> to JoEllen Laryea: jlaryea@carib-export.com and copied to Shari Pollard: spollard@carib-export.com no later than 5:00 pm AST on July 14, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export) in collaboration with the Government of Barbados, the European Union, and the CARICOM Secretariat will be hosting the Caribbean Investment Forum (CIF) in Bridgetown, Barbados in October 2026.
